RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL/RETURN

Swiss law does not grant the right to cancel online purchases. However, as your happiness is our happiness and the most important to us is for you to be satisfied (within certain limits), we concede a 7 days deadline as from the reception of your article to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons nor to pay a penalty. This right of withdrawal is only applicable in the case where the article is unopened, unused or undamaged. Gift cards are non-returnable.

In the case where an exchange of goods is desired and possible, even though we offer free shipping we need to invoice the 2nd shipping. This is usually between CHF 10-15. Expenses of return remain the customer’s responsibility.

Goods purchased with a discount, a voucher or at reduced prices are not eligible for a return nor an exchange.
